
I know that after knowing the fact that the picture above is taken by a pinhole camera, you’ll scratch your head, but, it’s true. Another amazing thing is that it’s made of paper and you can make one at your home very easily. But before you sprint off to collect the required material and start working on it make sure to read the instructions carefully. Also, here’s a brief intro to this camera named Dirkon. Dirkon, actually is a combination of ‘dirka’, means pinhole in Czech and ‘kon’ which, as you can easily guess, are the last words of Nikon. The whole method was first published in a 1979 magazine called ‘An ABC of Young Technicians and Natural Scientists’ and was created by Martin Pilný, Mirek Kolař and Richard Vyškovský.
