Kevin Rose and his mates at Digg have finally got the long awaited Digg iPhone/iPod app to the Apple App Store. Besides adding superiority to how you surf the Digg website on the iPhone’s Safari browser, the app will be a new experience on that 3.5-inch touchscreen. The app is tailored to allow the iPhone and iPod users to surf through the latest content as and when it is updated, by simply loging into the site the user can use the site the same way it’s used on a system. The app that’s available as a free download from itunes, apart from a web-like experience would also provide the user with a facility to bookmark stories and share articles with friends on Twitter and Facebook.
