Watches ought to reflect more than just time. Your watch should be a mirror of your personality. To reveal your (steam)punked-up personality, the Incognito 2008 Concept No.1 Watch by Dewitt is just perfect. Pictured at the Baselworld before it made its way on to OnlyWatch auction, the Dewitt Concept No.1 incorporates steampunk features to such a great degree that it just boggles the beholder’s mind. The gothic watch has such intricacies weaved in as an expanding riveting case, flying tourbillion, five barrels, and a powder reserve for 21 days. Everything about the gothic watch evokes a sense of marvel and why not, the creative timepiece invokes all that’s high-tech in its designing and construction. The watch is designed by Jérôme de Witt and Jean-Michel Wilmotte. It is made of distinctive materials and the exterior houses a lithium-aluminum supporting structure. The Concept No.1 went under the hammer for 400,000 Euros and was snapped up Jimmy Tan from the famed Prince Jewellery Watch Company, Hong Kong.
