Developed by iRobot, Looj makes gutter cleaning simple
Cleaning the gutter of your house can be a major pain in the rear. If you are sick and tired of using the manual methods or even advanced hoses which still don't work, and handymen who don't show up, it's time to try the Gutter cleaning Robot.
As far as I am aware, this is the first of it's kind. This remote controlled robot developed by a company known as iRobot might be your only answer. The iRobot is made of Robotists from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The iRobot is famous for developing robots used by the US Military for Recon missions.
The robot is controlled by a 75' range hand held remote. I think this guy does a pretty good job of gutter cleaning. The robot is pretty low profile and the motor of the machine can rotate at about 500 rpm. Once cleaning is done, the remote attaches to the top of the robot and acts as a handle. The robot is priced at $129.
The robot has been christened the Looj by iRobot. This cool piece of device makes life easier for the homeowner. No more climbing up ladders and reaching out of balance spots. The iRobot's looj takes the risks instead.
