We always thought Dell was immune to the buzz around the mini-notebook space. Competitors like HP and Asus had jumped the bandwagon earlier, and met instant success with the 2133 and Eee PC respectively. Apparently, not willing to be tagged ‘obsolete’, Dell has surprised us, delectably though, by unveiling shots of its first Mini laptop (perhaps, part of the Inspiron range). The Red-Black killer color combo further strengthens our belief that Dell is certainly not taking its brand name for granted. Regular USB ports, a card reader, VGA outlet and Ethernet capability adorn this stunner of a notebook. Details on the OS haven’t been revealed but we would want to assume it’s Atom. One thing we know for sure, the pricing will be as competitive as we have come to expect from all Dell notebooks.
