GPS navigation on almost all devices seems a new trend. Are we getting lost with the new tech, or is it for the convenience if we ever do, is difficult to sum up at the moment. Whatever it maybe, Dell with the introduction of a Wi-Fi enabled $69 Wireless 700 GPS Card has made it pretty clear that we need it outright. Dell will soon embed the Wireless 700 card which combines the Broadcom’s GPS technology and Skyhook Wireless’ Wi-Fi positioning solutions, into all its notebooks. Providing 2D and 3D map viewing and geo-tagging facility, the enhancement will come in handy, let’s wait and see when Dell actually pulls the concept up.
