Since the Apple iPad has been made official, one thing that’s kept us gripped here is, what the potential applications of this rather hyped 9.7-inch screen tablet could be. And while we think, one positive usage is upon us. Crestron, the home automation company that released an app for the iPhone, to allow the smartphone to control your electronics and lightings, has now released a similar home automation app for iPad. This app would allow the iPad to use 3G, 3GS or Wi-Fi to communicate with the Crestron system to take control of the lighting, shades, room temperatures and AV systems at home.
