Credit card with a Braille display makes shopping easy, secure for the Blind

Visually impaired and the blind have always remained aloof of the credit card facility, but designer Kwon Ki Nam has flipped the coin in favor of the Blind. The Danish designer has conceptualized a credit card concept for the blind, which uses biometric software to allow the blind card holder to make purchasing using his/her fingerprint instead of using a normal signature for authentication. Besides a biometric capability, the credit card features a changeable Braille display and a built-in speaker to show and verbalize transaction details so nothing is falsely charged.
