Concept laptop that’s classic Valentine typewriter of today
Retro gadgets are rare to find, let alone the thought of possessing them. Then what do you do, if you actually need them. Do something that’s identical in the modern avatar, yes of course. Concept laptops are a craze at the moment and we’ve seen that with the Rolltop laptop we posted yesterday. Thus, I don’t disagree a bit, if a laptop concept inspired by the good old portable typewriter, the classic Olivetti Valentine, is done to get home the 1960s aura in 2009 style.
This Austrian team of designers has modernized the authentic Valentine in sleek lines, boxy shape and vibrant color, with pull-out keyboard and a compact rolling screen, to live on to the functional and attractive appeal a laptop would like to have in order to sell in the ranks of those futuristic. This concept laptop’s pretty neat and nostalgic; it does deserve to go real. Thoughts?
