Come real with ‘greenbook’, the world’s lightest e-book reader

If you have to make a mark or be unique in the electronic world, then, as a manufacturer, you have to have a very different take on things. Keeping this in mind, Taiwan's Green Book has unveiled the world's lightest e-book reader. Shown at the Computex 2010, this first Chinese-language e-book reader, that’s called the greenbook weighs 180 grams (0.4 lbs) only. In its comparison with the iPad, the manufacturers say the greenbook is ‘better designed to read e-books than iPad.’ But how about it stance against the Kindle, well this is the genre where it should be compared in. With 32GB on internal memory, this six-inch screen e-book can store up to 30,000 books (Chinese and others) and is good to read 8,000 pages, when battery fully charged.
