Color changing Solar-Powered dress

This is a modular, reconfigurable dress comprising of more than 400 white circuit boards which can change colors.

The number of white circuits change as dress can get long and short.
The boards are tied to metal rings which are individually addressable and connected to a central control unit at the back.
Each tile is designed to accommodate a solar cell a RGB LED or a photocell and a jumper connector.
The cells get charged during the day and make the dress change color during the night or in dim lights. The dress is completely modular both in terms of hardware and software.
