Humans smoke cigarettes. They’ve taught apes and chimps to smoke too. Now, taking the addiction even further, Norwegian artist Kristoffer Myskja has taught the machines to smoke. His mechanical sculpture is a smoking machine, which smokes cigarettes. The machine features a brass device with ramp of cigarettes, which using gravity, feeds the cigarette to the holder where it’s lit and smoked by electrically-controlled air valve. The machine turns slowly on the gears as the cigarette is puffed in until the bud is left. The bud is ejected to make place for the next cigarette.
