This high definition flat TV from Philips definitely has the right name, take a look at it, isn’t it an ultimate dream? I don’t know about you, but, it definitely is one for me.
Philips will soon be inaugurating its new classy 7000 FlatTV™ line that ranges from 19 to 52 inches. The Ultimate Dream 52PFL7603D HDTV features Philips’s latest generation of proprietary technology LED Ambilight, it has a MRPT of 3ms and a 52′ LCD panel. Equipped with four HDMIs1.3a inputs with built-in CEC, it enables the user to control some functions on his DVD player without having to use two remote controls! Wow, no more juggling with various remotes.
According to Philips, the 120Hz ClearLCD™ technology improves the shadow detail and black levels in dark areas and diminishes motion artifacts. The audio has not been neglected, as Philips’ Invisible Sound System™ integrates wOOx™ subwoofer with two dual-excursion passive radiator drivers to improve low frequency performance.
Want to own one for yourself? Then you will need to wait for May 2008, when the 52PFL7603D HDTV will be available for $2,799. The 7000 FlatTV™ line, 7403 and 7603 series, (42′to 52′), ranges from $1699 to $2799. Think it is expensive? Aw, come on, objects of desire are never cheap!
