For all those enthusiasts who wish to have TV on the move but are reluctant to Verizon’s famous V CAST Mobile TV service that brings live full-length television programming to selected handsets, there is a perfect substitute being displayed at the CES show. And this alternative is the big International 7300 CXT pickup truck that features flat-panel TVs fitted in its two rear wheel arches and one stapled to the bottom of the tailgate.
The CXT truck hooks to DirecTV via a KVH’s Tracvision A7 satellite receiver that will let the other drivers enjoy cable and local network TV when you are caught in a massive traffic jam. All you need to do is sync your journey with this gigantic mobile media ogre and enjoy your much-loved programs on the move.
