Net connectivity in flights is a problem faced by working class who has to stick to their notebooks 24 x 7. Good news is that Boeing Business Jets has announced the first certification and installation of Panasonic Avionics Corporation's in-flight wireless high-speed broadband service, eXConnect, on Boeing Business Jet 737 aircraft. The eXConnect system supports wide range of passenger and crew applications and offers exceedingly high-speed of up to 50 Mbps access which is about 100 times the speed of the fastest Internet currently available on airplanes today. The fuselage-mounted antenna enables the communication through a global network of satellites and provides higher data rates in comparison to the tail-mounted antennas used on most business aviation air-crafts.
