Body speaker transforms sounds of body into eclectic music

By Karina van Heck, Body Speaker is a project that transforms all the sounds of our body into music, which would be the remix of heart beats and sound of blood flowing through your veins. This project consists of various sound capturing wearables that capture ad amplify the internal sounds of the body’s workings. The device used literally takes the user below the surface of his own skin, which otherwise would have not been possible and allows the user to experience and remix various bodily sounds. This project is actually a criticism of the technologies that have been lately employed to view the workings of the body on the inside. Video after the jump.
