Bodelin Intros Teleprompter for your Webcam

Posted By: Anupam Jolly | Jan 17 2007

People on TV look straight towards you instead of looking at the material they have to read. The reason is that they are using a teleprompter that is a screen that is fixed just in front of the camera so that it gives an illusion that the person is reading without looking at the material which has to be read.

But this way cannot be faked when you are chatting on a Webcam. You usually look at the screen instead of looking just above it. Bodelin has fixed this error with their new device which they are calling as SeeEye2Eye. The device uses a periscopic technology so that you can look at the camera and then talk to the person while seeing his/her image just in front of the web camera.

The device has no great technology that is integrated into it. It just has a set of mirrors that reflect the image on the screen just in front of the camera.

The device is bearing a price tag of just $99.
