Bluetrek surfaces a carbon fiber Bluetooth headset

Bluetrek has unveiled the world’s first Bluetooth headset completely designed in carbon fiber. Electronic devices generally feature plastic as major material in their production. It is here Bluetrek has introduced the change with carbon fiber being the key substance in its new headset to attract more consumers. But it will make the device a bit expensive, though. The innovative Bluetooth headset from Bluetrek looks incredible thanks to a set of new features besides the celebrated carbon fiber factor. The headset weighs at 5.9g and has 74mm x 19mm x 20mm dimensions, making it a comfortable device for longtime wearing.

The Bluetrek carbon headset highlights a set of features such as ultra fast connection, automatic ON/OFF button to prevent calls mistakenly, voice alerts in English, Spanish and Mandarin languages and simplified pairing with the mobile devices. However, besides everything else the device’s multipoint capability is an outstanding feature. Bluetrek carbon headset, which sports Bluetooth v3.0, is capable to accept signals from more than one mobile device at a time.

Battery status of the Bluetooth headset can be seen in the iPhone or any other device it is tethered with. The device’s battery will provide power for four and a half hours of talk time or around five days on standby. The headset will come up with a micro USB cable for charging. Dual color LEDs on the device will denote battery statuses like charging, end of charge and standby. The Bluetooth headset is priced at $70.
