Innovation is a first commercial application of an invention. Retrospectively, computers were knowledge aggregators, now here innovation has driven them across the desk - form the living space to the forefront of the kitchen. The man behind the Herculean task (no pun intended), surely deserves a pat for his uselessly useful venture of frying potatoes in the box.
