BenQ and Siemens have rolled out their first dual-branded set of mobile phones - EF81, S68, and S88.

The slim EF81 clamshell will definitely give some heat to RAZR. Embedded with 3G technology the 16 mm magnesium phone sports a 2.0 megapixel swivel camera, 64MB of internal memory and a microSD expansion slot. It also gives you 1.3-inch 120 x 160 external display and a 2.2-inch 262k color internal QVGA display.
The S68 is a skinny 79 gram candybar. Along with Bluetooth connectivity the 13 mm offers a sheer 8MB memory which sadly is un-expandable. 1.8-inch 132 x 176 display doesn't make it interesting.
Another candybar S88 flaunts a 2' OLED display. Though it lacks 3G, it's embedded with a 2.0 megapixel digital camera, 16MB of memory, and microSD expansion, integrated media player (with video support), Bluetooth connectivity; it supports only GPRS and PictBridge support.
The S68 will be the first to hit Europe in February followed by EF81 and S88 later.
