Designed to prolong time for survivors engulfed under snow after an avalanche, the AvaJacket, a safety vest with a built-in mouthpiece, helps meet the need and gives more impetus to adventurists to take to the mountains. The AvaJacket with an airbag around the neck is based on two separate facets. In a catastrophe, the user by pulling out the mouthpiece from the pocket can inflate the airbag in the collar to keep the neck stable, and save him from submerging deep into the snow. The mouthpiece on the other hand lets the individual breath clean by very intelligently separating the inhaled air from the exhaled air. Video after the jump.
