Australian designer develops PreVue fetal visualization device

Melody Shiue, an industrial designer at the University of New South Wales, has come up with a product which will change the face of the parenting forever. The product named PreVue by the designer is an e-textile based device which helps parents to connect with the fetus. The device makes use of the latest stretchable display technology over the abdominal region of the expecting mother. Now, this is one device, which is really going to be loved by one and all.

The PreVue also enables the user to monitor the growth of the baby, which is definitely incredible. The device will allow you to see the baby rolling, snoozing, yawning and smiling. All parents will love the PreVue as it will help them forming a strong bond with the kid even before it finally arrives in this world.

I think that the device, which is a brilliant example of design excellence, will help forging stronger fetal-maternal bonding and will keep the expecting mothers in an optimistic frame of mind. Researchers claim that if a mother establishes early bonding with the child, it helps in the sustenance of the maternal relationship pre-birth and also keep the child healthy inside the fetus. The PreVue will be liked by fathers most as now they also get a chance to feel their child closely and forge a bond with the child pre-birth.
