AUO's transparent touch AMOLED display coming our way next year

When AOU rolled out 2.4” transparent AMOLED with in-cell multi touch function, it was being touted as the word’s first with GPS applications as main target. That was all that we knew about. However, some more information with a video has been shelled out for some treat to our senses. With a dual dimension structure, the resolution of the panel is 240x320 with 45% transparency, 200 cd/m2 brightness on the bottom, and 100 cd/m2 on the top . with the response time of less than o.o1ms, AUO is hoping to roll out the real product in 2011, at the same time working on a 7” version.
