The neckband type lightweight 60 grams headphones channelize sound directly into the auditory nerve as a result of skull vibrations, without leaking even a single decibel out. With 30mW (70mW max.) audio output and 8 Ω impedence, 80dB/mW pressure response, and 50Hz - 4kHz frequency response the headphone provides rich sound. Whales use a similar kind of mechanism to hear sounds of even very low frequency.
