Atomic Pistol: Steampunk styled Ray Gun

It seems that creating a work of art along with a very interesting presentation of your work is becoming more important than the technology itself in modern times. The Atomic Pistol has been crafted to give the generation of Steampunk fans something to be happy about, and it surely looks as Victorian as it can be with the brass, wood and plenty of metal both on top and on the inside.

Apparently this is the designer's first venture into the world of Steampunk designing and also ray guns. The pistol has been crafted out of mostly scrap that is found in city dumps. The designer initially took the metal scrap and crafted it to fit his needs. He later designed a leather bag that had a touch of metal on it as a wheel to act as the power-supplying source to the gun, and the bag is connected with a cord for the power supply.

By supplying an external power source, the lighting from the gun is a lot more brilliant that it normally would be, and it also makes it last longer and easier to carry. The feel of the classical Victorian era has been captured pretty well in it, along with the best of modern LED lighting technology to give the past a whole new look.
