Asus unveils U33 and U53 notebooks with eco-edge

The newly unveiled notebooks in the Bamboo series, U53 and U33 from Asus, are a little better than the ones with similar features, owing to the eco-edge of hybrid engine technology. This technology deals with power consumption, giving high performance when needed and going easy when required. The U53 AND U33 models run on i5-430M processors. These feature 3MB of cache, 2.26GHz of speed, Nvidia GeForce 310M DDR3 1GB graphics, 4GB in RAM, webcam with 2 megapixel, a HDMI port, USB 3.0 port and two USB 2.0 ports. This similarity only reveals the quality that you have at your disposal. When it comes to extra features, the U53 has a 15.6-inch screen with HDD of 640GB on the other hand, the U33 has a 13-inch screen with HDD of 500GB. Having mentioned the eco-edge, Asus also claims, “the U53 can reduce emissions by 18.43Kg whilst the U33 by 22.24Kg as compared with that stipulated by the ErP standard.” The U33 wears a price tag of £849 and the U53 will cost you £899.
