Manufacturers had ample e-readers to show at CES. The gala event is over, but we still have company’s trying to make their mark as e-reader developers. Latest endeavor comes from Asus, who unlike the e-ink display readers we have seen all this while wants to do it a little differently with a high-brightness OLED display. This, Asus would feature in their forthcoming 6-inch ASUS DR-570 e-reader, which when revealed, could house Wi-Fi, 3G and a capability to stream Flash videos. There is no word on the price, but Asus is expected to get the DR-570 into the market later this year. That said, this charismatic e-reader would have 122 hours of battery backup. Now, that is exciting for all you readers out there, or isn’t it?
