Asus all set to launch high-end Eee PC with 64GB SSD

As per CNET Crave Taiwan and HKEPC, 64 GB SSD Eee PC is soon going to be a reality, thanks to Asus S101. This 2.2 cm thick notebook will be having a 10" Screen with LED backlight, powered on Intel Atom processor, and would be available in Coffee brown and White colors. What I am really impressed with is the glittery surface that would have veiled specifications covered inside this ultra light (1 kg) notebook. Sans optical drive, this gadget is reported to be available in two price ranges: 32GB SSD (US$699) and 64GB SSD (US$899) only. Well, one can’t be sure regarding that Eee branding as there are certain apprehensions in air suggesting a retreat towards its official launch this September.
