Asteio D22: First Viiv-Media centre PC from Asus
Asus has launched their Intel Viiv-friendly media centre PC Asteio D22 in the market. The PC supports Intel E6300 Core 2 Duo processor and is backed by 250 GB SATA hard drive.
The media centered PC also has a Nvidia 7600 GS-based passively cooled graphics card.
The PC flaunts a 1 GB DDR2 RAM, with a 16x dual-layer DVD burner and a 13-in 1 flash card reader. Then there are all the regular features that you will find in today's PC's like 802.11b/g Wi-Fi adaptor, gigabit Ethernet and dual TV tuners.
The D22 is ready for 1080p HD content and also has 7.1-channel sound through its array of analog and digital connectors. Asus also give you a wireless keyboard with touchpad and Windows XP MCE remote to control PVR.
What's Asus asking for this Asteio D22! Only $2,999 and it will be available in stores by the end of this month.
