Assemble your own solar iPod charger
Charging your iPod while trekking and traveling distant places is certainly a snag that most of the people suffer. Now you can organize a solar powered charger, on your own, for your iPod nano.

You need a ST Voltage Regulator, 5.0V 0.5A, 700-50061-00, PowerFilm flexible Solar Panel, MPT6-150, 6V,100mA, 20 gauge wires about 12', 806-KUSBLX-SMTAS1NB, 511-L78M05CV, velcro strip 1' X 4', silicone sealant, double-sided packing tape, and a solder.
All you have to do is, solder the leads onto the front of the solar panel and wrap them around the back of the panel. After that attach two sided tape to the back of the solar penal, stuck on the USB- a connector and voltage regulator and solder the wiring, attach the multimeter leads to the back of the USB, and apply the packing tape to protect the wiring.
