Overclocking is synonyms with Window-based liquid cooled systems, thus this comes in as a surprise only. Mac Pro put through the overclocking feat! Well, Asetek's Zack Fanning just managed it, but you want to try it only if you don’t love your machine anymore, coz this is going to violate the warranty and only jack your Mac. What Zack did with a Mac Pro is, he added liquid cooling to the 8-core Mac Pro and then overclocked the system from 2.8GHz to an impressive 3.1GHz, resulting in a faster Mac Pro with 13db less noise.
