Armband Radio will keep your hands idle

Wearable tech comes in various forms and there’s little dearth of gadgets that you can attach to your body for entertainment on the go. Radios for some reason seem to be a forlorn and neglected lot and their wearable avatars seem to be missing. Tim Payne, a designing student at the Ohio State University, seeks to change all this and more with his concept of an Armband Radio (2-Way Radio). This product will put your classic radio right into the league of MP3 players, albeit in a digital modern garb. The Armband Radio comes with a Velcro strap for the gizmo to be attached to the user’s arm or life jacket. A rubber is provided on the back of the unit to prevent it form loosing grip from its desired position. The preferred mode to deliver sound is a hands-free module that’d keep user’s hands unoccupied for more important tasks. One can also discern a call button on the device and your guess is as good as mine considering this one’s functionality. All in all this one's gotta be a really cool amulet to adorn your arm with.
