Arduino based MakerBotWatch, all exciting and unique
I personally haven’t seen anything so weirdly exiting for the wrist. That doesn’t mean I haven’t seen any freaking watches. I have, still this Arduino based MakerBotWatch is excitingly distinctive, good enough to lure any and every DIYer into trying his hands on building one, or a weirdo into owning one. For all inquisitive, the MakerBotWatch uses an ATmega328 microcontroller to run the bootloader. I am still guessing how this tells time, but I learn it has two concentric circles of LEDs depicting minutes and hours, while a vertical line of four LEDs adds to the much need resolution required to get 60 minutes on the watch face. The MakerBotWatch is expected to enter into production as a kit, so gear up to possess one when its actually up for the grabs.
