Are you a tech savvy Mac user with constant delight for entertainment? If so, then Apple has thought of delivering an impetus for your interest, with HDMI connectivity on some of its personal computers later this year. And this would initiate with prototypes of the Mac Mini - Apple's smallest and most affordable system getting an HDMI port.

Only Apple TV provides a HDMI support for delivering audio and video signals now, but with the Mac Mini rumored to be coming with HDMI support, Mac users are sure in for a new range of in-home entertainment. Besides this, the Mac Mini prototypes are said to include Nvidia's MCP89 chipset, however owing to the Intel's ongoing licensing dispute with Nvidia, it wouldn’t be possible to use MCP89 chipset alongside Core i3, i5 and i7 processors, which then leaves game open for Core 2 Duo processors forming part of the new Mac Minis. Let’s wait to see what’s coming.
