Android based PlayStation Phone marks the evolution of mobile and gaming

The PlayStation Phone it seems is ready and heading to the market soon. The prototype model which runs on Android 3.0 features a 3.7- to 4.1-inch screen, 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655, 512MB of RAM, 1GB of ROM and offers a custom Sony marketplace. The device also has two familiar PS controller buttons and a central touchpad. Originally slated for a 2010 release, 2011 looks more likely for the handset to show up.
