Alcatel unveils no-frill OT E260 slider cell phone
Alcatel has just launched its first slider phone - the 'One Touch E260', which is pitched as a perfect blend of style and functionality; though they forgot to squeeze in a camera, perhaps in an attempt to make it more affordable. Anyway, the 77 grams OT E260 measures 87 x 45 x 26 mm and lures with its brilliant color display with 102 x 80 pixels resolution and a talk time of 10 hours and up to 270 hours of stand-by.
Dropped in without any multimedia features, the OT E260 still holds its worth with basic applications including Games, Calculator, Calendar notes, Currency converter, Alarm clock, Automatic switch on/off phone, Date and time notation, and Phonebook with groups. You can grab it in the second quarter for an unknown price.
