AIST shows one of kind transparent display prototype

We are steadily walking into the future where everything, right from the walls to the ceilings, from doors to the windows will functions as displays. While that remains a distant truth, we have AIST with a prototype to just prove we’re approaching there. This is a one of a kind see-through display prototype, which combines the best of glass and LEDs to muster out a transparent, flat light source. There’s a transparent display laptop Samsung may ship this year, but these displays, as we learn, would be used to develop better transparent displays and light sources with solar cells and other forms of futurism.
