In wake of hydrogen cars becoming a necessity to battle the climatic imp, the entire process of development still lingers under a few concerns. To elude the concern regarding delays and difficulties in hydrogen storage, a research unit funded by General Motors Corp. has developed a novel hydrogen storage system, which makes filling the fuel tank with hydrogen very easy and quick – a positive progress to see hydrogen-powered cars become reality.
The system stops observing hydrogen when it heats up, resulting in enormous time wastage in filling the car tank with hydrogen in such a case. Therefore, the research team, with an objective to enable motorists to fill their car with hydrogen within a few minutes, has created a heat exchanger to fit inside the hydrogen storage pressure vessel, which stores a fine powder - metal hydride, to absorb hydrogen. The heat exchanger has fins to remove heat and circulates a coolant through tubes as the temperature rises and the hydrogen is absorbed by the powder, keeping the system cool.

Wow that’s cool! We can save gasoline by using hydrogen - powered cars. Our car inventors are getting wiser. They also think about how can we save from the high price of gasoline. I had also read some inovations about cars like the water - powered cars, electric cars which can be found in philippines. Goodluck guys and more power on developing this kind of innovations. You must have a recognition for this. A brilliant wow gold plaque or medal is i think must be given to you guys! Congatulations developer for having this work.
