Following the same track, Taiwan based A-Data has launched solar powered flash drive loaded with a solar cell module. The LCD display is powered by the solar cell module reflecting the remaining power. The flash drive hooks on with devices via USB 1.1 or 2.0. You can chose from 128MB, 25MB, 512MB, 1GB and 2GB versions of it in April.
