1. The Antique Clock case mod
The Suissa wooden PC case has been crafted with precision by the famous case modder, Jeffrey Stephenson. Jeffrey decided to work on this mod after he derived inspiration from the ancient antique clock designs. The Antique Clock mod has been made using the finest and toughest mahogany wood. It includes a VIA processor, motherboard, 1GB of Crucial DDR2 memory and an eight-inch Earth LCD touchscreen. On its backside you will notice a Wi-Fi antenna, power connector, push-button power switch and two USB ports. To own such a piece you would have to contact Jeffrey, who will make the design for $10,000.

It becomes quite possible that we may spill our coffee while doing some serious work on our PCs. This particular mod has been designed to save our precious time from cleaning the spilled coffee. Besides an elegant look, this coffee table mod also performs the roles of file server and media control for the living room TV. By pulling out the Quantum 4GB 5-inch hard drive out of an old HP, it was decided to make a hard drive window mod with it. 3. Hammerhead HMR989
The Hammerhead HMR989 is the most spectacular PC mod - designed by Matthew Kim. Previously Kim used to work on race car designs. The Hammerhead features a conventional computer design on its ears and positions the machine in the exterior. The design has been made up of Ecoresin plastic and CNC machined anodized blue aluminum sections. Further to that, the design has been equipped with bright blue LEDs and a unique cooling technique called “SpinQ” CPU cooler. The entire design is powered via 2.8Ghz Core i7-860 CPU, and nVidia ENGTX460 graphics card. The user can easily swap out the 640GB front-load hot swap hard drive, while the system boots off its 40GB SSD. This hand-assembled system can be bought for $2899 (USD).

This Gothic PC developed by Datamancer features a full computer suite with stained glass and tough monitor. Its LCD/Keyboard/Mouse combo has been specifically made for the gaming freaks. In an aggregate Archbishop features: 20" wide screen LG LCD, dual core processor, 2GB DDR2 800 (upgradable to 8G), Ethernet and NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS 512MB video card. This computer mod is considered as the coolest computer mod developed so far. It is a futuristic desk-cum-computer mod which includes: LED lighting, Plexiglas windows, customized monitor stands, arms and a powerful PC system. Apart from an internal hard drive there is also provision for a special mount with detachable hard drive cluster called “The Tower”- for allowing the hard disks to be shut off individually.

6. Coffin case mod
The Coffin case mod's keyboard has been specifically mounted in a white slide-out drawer. While working on it, the user can experience an amazing near-death experience. Technology mixed with coffins is not a new concept. Fabrizio Caselli came up with such safety coffins for $4,500. The coffin was equipped with a two-way intercom, flashlight, oxygen tank, defibrillator and an emergency connection to the monitoring station.

7. Rog-R
Apart form being a good PC mod, this is also the world’s first remote-controlled gaming system. The dubbed Rog-R has been made by Stephen LeatherFace Popa from Portland, Oregon USA. Based upon a Thermaltake’s Level 10 PC case, the Rog-R has been embedded with an i7-860 processor overclocked to 4.0 GHz and 4 gigs DDR3 ballistic tracer RAM, that has been upgraded to 8 gigs. Rog-R also features a 5-inch color LCD screen, a robotic arm that can be used to hold the headset of the gamer. Stephen says that it cost him around $3000 total to build this PC mod.

Level Eleven includes jaw-dropping features like: VIA P820 Pico-ITX mainboard and 1.2GHz VIA Nano 64-bit CPU. The VIA VX855 integrated chipset delivers 1080p video output via an onboard HDMI port.
