In an attempt to immortalize his fame, rapper 50 Cent is making forays into the world of technology by negotiating with Apple to launch his own branded line of affordable computers for inner-city residents.

Fifty Cent said to Forbes:
I'm creating a foundation that will be around for a long time, because fame can come and go or get lost in the lifestyle and the splurging. I never got into it for the music. I got into it for the business.Steve Jobs too might be interested to go ahead with the offer in order to boost its PC sales, which was, in fact, arrested by Apple's close-fisted approach. However, the scenario is different now, and Apple will try to encash on the fame of the ubiquitous iPod and its decision to open its computer platform for Windows operating system.
