We know, everything from how we played a sport to how the major events were organized, has changed over time. Olympics have seen a transition is ways, and latest in context is the Torch for the 2010 Winter Olympics slated to take place in Canada. Technical knowhow hasn’t left any bit of the gaming arena untouched, therefore it’s no surprise that this torch designed by Leo Obstbaum and built by jetmaker and high-speed train manufacturer Bombardier, has a flame specially made to burn at the lowest temperature ever managed before. 12,000 of these torches done in white composite finish, stainless steel burner and aluminum core were made to be carried all over Greece and Canada. The combination of propane and refrigerant isobutene is what makes flame of this maple leaf-shaped torch to burn at extreme low temperatures. Must see, I know if you are there for the Winter Olympics, you’ll get a chance to see. In case you can’t make it to Canada for some reason, then follow the jump to see the torch from a few more angles.
