1GB microSD High-Speed Card by KINGMAX

KINGMAX Digital, an affiliated company of Kingmax Group has launched worlds 1st 1 GB microSD card in the market. The aim company says is to facilitate more storage capacity in mobile phones, camera's and other gizmo's as their ever increasing features will require more memory. The use of single level cell memory, which the company claims, gives much faster read- write speeds of:
1gb card
Max. Read Speed: 10.5 MB/s
Max. Write Speed: 8.9 MB/s
It looks KINGMAX is on the roll as it plans to roll out its SDHC(Secure Digital High Capacity) in November with the storage range starting from 4GB to 8GB.
There is no word on the pricing as of now but the market sources peg price at round about US $30 range for distributors.
