How to fix the problem of a locked or disabled Windows 7?

I am in a big trouble. My 7 years nephew has done something wrong in my laptop and guess what happened? The Windows got locked or I must say that it is disabled. If you know anything about this problem, tell me the procedure to enable my laptop? It will be very helpful to me. I have Windows 7 home edition.

It is not exactly clear what did you mean by your Windows got blocked. Is your Windows installation not turning on? Assuming that Windows bootloader is corrupted, I suggest you to try the following procedure:

Step 1: Insert your Windows 7 DVD on your computer's optical drive and restart.

Step 2: After restart, select to boot from your optical drive using the hotkey specified for your machine. You can find this on your laptop's manual.

Step 3: After you boot from your Windows DVD, you'll get into a screen with a blue wallpaper and a window asking for localization options. Just press 'next' to continue. On the next screen, you'll find a 'Install Now' button. Look at the bottom left corner of this window to find a 'Repair your computer' option. Click on this option to continue.

Step 4: System Recovery will search for the available Windows 7 installations on your hard drive, it'll take a few moments. On the next screen, you'll be asked to select your Windows installation from a list and since you've got only one version of Windows 7 installed on your PC, you'll see only one item on that list. Select it and click on 'Next'.

Step 5: The next window will show your five different options for System Recovery. Just click on the first one labelled 'Startup Repair'. Windows will automatically attempt to repair your computers boot sector and when it is done, it will show a window stating 'Restart your computer to complete the repairs'. Just click on 'Finish' and let the computer restart. Hopefully this time, your PC will start again and boot into your Windows 7 installation.
