how to embed a spreadsheet in a blog or webpage?

I am managing a website and I want to put up some information on the site which is in the form of spreadsheet. I do not know how to embed a spreadsheet and the parts of a spreadsheet in a website or a blog. What are the things required for this? Do I need to need to publish it first? Please reply soon as I need to post it

Click on the More Actions option at the top of the form creation page. Click on the embed then press the Ctrl + C on the keyboard to just copy the text. Click on the X in the corner of the window. Open the website editing tools and then find the point where you can just enter hypertext markup language code to the site or the blog. Press the ctrl + V on the keyboard to just paste the embed code. Preview the site to just see how the form looks like. Adjust the location of your code in the HTML to just change where the form will appears. Consult with the web designer for more of the information on just placing the code in your Web page.
