Where can one download Windows Flip 3D Activator?

Windows Flip 3D Activator is a tiny utility that enhances the Flip 3D feature of Windows Vista by allowing us to control it with our mouse. It allows us to choose a corner of the screen and/or the middle mouse button to activate Flip 3D. I would like to get this software installed in my system. Any idea as how this is done? Thanks in advance.
