Does DOS application open full screen in Win 7?

Being a professional writer I still prefer to use DOS-based Xywrite for RAW word processing so that I don’t get the tag of being a Luddite. Earlier I had XP as my OS that allowed me to open this on full screen window but since I have Vista as my OS it only permits me to open it on a small window. All in all the bottom line is will the "virtual XP" element of Windows 7 permit me to open DOS-based programs full-screen? I really need it to allow me to do this. IS it really possible for me to open it in full screen even if I use Vista as my OS?

Hi Friend, i initiated to explore out this matter for quite long time & in the last i have found the following solution of the problem, I hope it will help you also:
Few people may give you suggestion to install deferent desk operating programms & some may say to install virtual machines etc. etc., Well, for the better, the operating system you are using is Windows 7, the extreme of the all operating systems. You got option every where with every click we sometime suffer from the lack of thing very easily to get the function of full screen : simply you have to dissable graphics driver of your system.

Follow the below mentioned steps to perform the same:

Go on Desktop,
Make a right click on My Computer,
Click on Manage,
Now click on Device Manager,
Go through Display Adaptors,
Now click it to show you your card info,
Now right click on you card info & Disable the same,
Prompt yes / no : click on Yes
Now go to start & type cmd and alt / enter & boom. It becomes full screen.

This is easy dude.
