How to make Divx movies?

Can anyone help me out with using this DivX software to make my own movie? I have this raw footage of mine doing a Kamehameha wave and I wanted to make a movie of it. But this time I really want to add stuffs like effects to make it look real and more attractive. I have heard that it is possible to do using DIVX movies. I need you to help me using this software and help me with ways of how to use this software.
