How can I delete waypoints, routes, etc on my Oregon 200 GPS from the computer?

I have an Oregon 200 GPS. I can delete waypoints, routes etc. from the hand held device but I cannot find a way to delete them from the computer. I can delete one at a time but the list returns to the top after each deletion, which makes it too impractical in terms of the time it takes. I need to delete waypoints which come at the end of my list about 50 of them! How can I delete waypoints, routes, etc on my Oregon 200 GPS from the computer? I would be most grateful if you could help me.

Yes, it is possible to delete the way points from your PC. Just follow the simple steps given below. Just connect your device with the PC. You will find the Oregon drive in the computer. The GPX folder inside this have all the way points. You can delete all the way points, track and the favorites from this folder. The other solution to delete the way points from your PC is to install the third party programs in your PC such as Mapsource and Garmin. They are free to download for Orgeon. You need to open the file in the Mapsource in edit mode after copying it on desktop. You also need to open the map files on your desktop in order to reload gpx file. The other program that can be useful is EasyGPS. You can load the gpx file in this program in order to edit or delete the way points. The both the programs are very simple to download and install from internet. This things you must take care is don’t forget to copy .img file in to your desktop. The files generally come with the numbers to identify easily. With EasyGPS you can upload and download the waypoints, routes and tracks between your device and computer.
