Is there a dedicated engineer for installing SDKs in their apps?

I have this simple question with me which is really worrying me a lot these days. Do leading or major mobile publishers have dedicated engineers for the installation and maintenance of SDks in their apps? SDKs (no matter what an ad network says) always prove to be complicated to install and manage (there are constant new versions). If a publisher is large enough (read multiple apps) and can spare the resources, does it make sense to have one engineer entirely dedicated to installing, maintaining, and upgrading SDKs?

I am a software engineer and I will love to help you on this. It depends upon the length of the SDK that is the software development kit that how many engineers do they need. If the project is big than it is really hard to maintain the SDK by a single engineer. Installing, maintaining and upgrading is really a complicated process in which lots of work have to do. SO if you want that your installation process and the maintenance process and the up gradation process completes in time than you must need more than one engineer any way. It also depends on the talent of the engineer. Different engineer have different way of doing the same work so if someone is doing it in a way such that it can be done easily and in less time than surely one engineer can handle it. Hope these information comes good for you.
